Medical plant Tabernanthe iboga or its alkaloid ibogaine can in case of improper use be health and life threatening! We strongly recommend the use exclusively under medical supervision.
In the Regulations of medicinal herbs (Ur.l. RS, št.103/08) Slovenian legislation commands the same and finds that:

“Iboga and its derivates can have unwanted effects in recommended doses and toxic effects in excessive doses. Medical supervision is mandatory in its use.”

Use without medical supervision, especially in cases of disobey of minimum standards of the “Rule of 7” can result in fatality.
