2. prior detoxification, absence of withdrawal signs and symptoms
3. no drugs or medications in the body
4. decision for treatment after consultation and with consensus of relatives
5. supervisor must be capable and ready to refuse the candidate

SURVEILANCE

1. medical surveillance with equipment for advanced life support (ALS)
2. authority of supervisor and obedience of rules and recommendations by client

AFTERCARE

1. safe home coming and domestic after care
2. confidential person in recognized and in contact
3. defined plans for future

LOCATION

1. peaceful location, big enough, worm or fresh, possibility of permanent supervision
2. suitable distance to emergency unit and intensive care

NETWORKING

1. informing and indoctrination of reliable specialists about activities
2. free information passage about safety related facts and data
3. willingness of supervisor to immediately contact specialist assistance

LEGALITY AND DESTIGMATIZATION

1. all activities are in concordance with legislation
2. client and supervisor are proud to their work
3. transparency of activities with respect for privacy
4. signed Statement on initiation by candidate

INITIATIVE BY CANDIDATE

1. treatment is candidate’s free and personal decision and his responsibility
2. full awareness about possible risks and benefits with exposition of death cases
3. no aggressive advertising
4. motive is not profit, price covers expanses and modest development of activity
5. supervisor is not existentially dependent on treatment
6. treatment is never for free
